Tap feature not working

The tap feature quit working yesterday on my Versa 2, I tried to reset it, and cleaned the screen with the spray I use for eyeglasses, and wipes for lenses as well, tapping the screen to switch from screen to screen still will not work.

On the Versa 2, I think you move from screen to screen by swiping rather than by tapping.  Tapping was just on some older models that had fewer options.  This allows you to swipe up, down, left, right.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you, mine is an older model, I've had it for at least a couple of
years. It has both the tap feature to look at things such as the time,
heart rate, steps, etc. You can also swipe to see your sleep score, or go
and select an exercise, etc. Once in a while it will move from one screen
to the other, but isn't doing with any regularity.
