Tap/tap code

I can't remove the 'tap/tap' message code.  I restart the watch and then it comes back.  This is hindering me being able to use this device.  Any suggestions?

TIA

I figured it out. The clock face you're using might be available on a
trial basis and then they want to pay for it!

What I did was change to a different (free) watch face.

Hope this helps.

Is it possible for you to post a picture please. I'm not sure of which code you are referring to? Do you mean a pin code to unlock the device?

I have just started having the same thing. It pops up with the following every time I connect to the app;

"Thank you for trying Tap Tap! Please visit kzl.io/Tap to purchase. Your code is ...."

Is it a virus of some description?
