I have tried all the fixes including factory reset with no success.
This is my second Fitbit & wear it all the time. I love the data it gives me to keep on track. I got a Fitbit Aria scale for Xmas. Could setting up the scales have caused the Versa heart rate monitor to go flakey?
What is Fitbit's life expectancy on my Versa 2? Do I need to get a new Versa?

Hello @DeniceM, welcome back to the Fitbit Community forums.
Thank you for all the information that you've provided regarding the inconvenience you've been experiencing with your Versa 2 and the troubleshooting steps that you already tried.
Setting up your Aria scales would not have to influence the accuracy of your heart rate recorded by the watch and there's no life expectancy determined for the watch.
Before considering other options, let me know which are the steps that you already tried in addition to the factory reset you mentioned earlier. In the meantime, I would recommend performing a restart and to follow all the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information, this has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar.
Keep me posted.
