Hello 

 

This is my second Fitbit.  I swim everyday.  My lap counter works sometimes..  Sometimes it dos not,,  My activity works sometimes and sometimes it does not...  I have rest my system twice..  Not successful..  Any ideas..

Are you manually starting swim m mode or letting the tracker decide what is going on

I find the swim app under the excersie option turn it on and then go. Right now this very moment the unit will not register(GUI) active min even after I have walked over 10000 foot steps. But it will say nicely done.

Being that this is my second attempt with a fitbit, I will probably return it.  Recover my money and say how disappointed  I am with this product.  To many issues and no results.
