Versa wristband changing

Love my …..Versa!  HOWEVER I hate the way the wristband can not be reconnected after removal for cleaning or changing bands.  It is next to impossible to do this without ruining your nails and the little lever feels like it is about to break trying to get in into the second hole.  My Alta HR was a breeze changing bands, this needs to be improved on the Versa.  I would love to upgrade when it's improved!

Hi @samsung9 I'm sorry to hear you are frustrated with the mechanic of changing bands on your Versa. It really does get easier over time and can now do it without damaging my nail polish. Please be patient and with a bit more practice, you'll find just the right angle to get it to connect. Best of luck!

I change mine multiple times a week, no real issues anymore.

How did you achieve this? I had to take my versa to a watch repair place, and even with their tools they could not do it. They replaced the post with a curved post, which does not allow for the seamless fit. I broke my nails and bruised my thumbs and index fingers, trying for hours to change just one of the bands. I am so disappointed. I am writing fitbit about this.

Same here. Broke my fingernails and spent hours just to fix my woven strap. Now I’m not even sure if it’s latched on properly because a few times I thought it was but when I tug at it lightly it came off again. I’m now afraid of changing it to the classic strap when I need to go for a swim. It was a nightmare. Otherwise, I’m loving my Versa.
