I’ve had my versa for two weeks and it stopped receiving text message alerts about 2-3 days ago. The texts come through if I swipe down, but it does not “alert” me on my watch as they are coming through. However, calls do come through... I have tried all troubleshooting measures, disconnecting and reconnecting bluetooth, shutting down, etc. I bought my versa for this feature to be alerted on my watch as messages come through.
When will this be resolved?

The trick here is to not pair in phone Bluetooth settings but rather let the Fitbit mobile app do that.
Additional tips if sync issues persist: If you have Wifi set up, go to Fitbit mobile app and remove it, then sync your Versa. I noticed that it causes issues for me. If you have other Bluetooth devices paired with your phone, forget them. One of them might be causing issues. Also, make sure Always Connected and All day sync are enabled. If you're on Android, make sure Keep Alive widget is enabled as well.
