Fitbit not syncing to Strava

Hello,

 

I am trying to sync my Fitbit Versa to my strava account. This is succesful on Strava, where it says paired, but it is unsuccessful on my fitbit app, where it says unauthorized and i cannot open the app on the watch. Every time I try to link them, it fails. Has anyone had the same problem?

@FCoccazza It seems there are many issues with the Strava app, just take a quick search of the forum. Unfortunately, Strava is a 3rd party app, so Fitbit cannot really do much. You need to contact the developer (Strava). You can do that using the link provided on the app page in the Fitbit mobile app. Have you tried opening Strava app, logging OUT there, then opening Fitbit mobile app, reinstalling the Strava Fitbit app and authorizing again?
