I am not able to see my text messages come on fitbit versa. Its only giving me the option to open but cant see on versa screen. It only opens the messages automatically on my android s9+

Thanks for sharing that in here, let me try and help you out.

 

I'll be moving this thread to the Versa board as I think it is better suited for it.

 

The first thing I'd recommend is that you try to follow the steps listed in this article. Be sure to go through all of them in order and to make sure that all of the permissions for the Fitbit app are turned on (in regards to messages).

 

Additionally, could you let me know what is it that you are seeing in the Versa's screen when the message comes on?
