Hi - I received a replacement Versa as after 6 months the screen would not turn on. I set up my replacement fine - however after a week it stopped syncing with my iPhone 6. I have read the forums and tried all the steps - I have deleted all Fitbit devices linked to my Fitbit app- I have also deleted every single Bluetooth device (even non Fitbit) - I have restarted the versa. I get to the point where I receive the code and no further. I have looked in the phone Bluetooth settings while I am trying to ‘set up’ the Versa and I can see Versa ditching from the ‘my Bluetooth devices’ saying connect and then dropping back into ‘available devices’ in a constant loop. I have tried the delete restart and set up process nearly 10 times now and each time get stuck at this point.

Hello @Pipster1000, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums, for having let us know about this issue and for listing the troubleshooting steps you've already tried in hopes to resolve your issue. At this moment I would like to suggest you to perform a factory reset on your Versa, then try to set it up again. Please note that a factory reset will delete all the information that has not yet been synced to you account.
To perform the factory reset:
After that, try to set up your Versa again:
Please don't close the Fitbit app when the Versa is setting up or open another app while setting the watch up. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices and that you have a strong WiFi signal. Do not let the phone screen get locked as well.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
