Versa not tracking sleep time correctly.

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My versa seems to track when I wake up accurately but it not tracking accurately when I fall asleep. It is delayed by a couple hours. My previous charge HR never had this issue. The band on the versa is stiff and can slide. I tightened it up a notch, so it would not slip but it did not help. Would like to see some feedback from fitbit re: this issue.

Hello @IDMAN, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for having taken the time to report this situation and the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment I would like to suggest you to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then, before going to sleep, make sure you're able to get a heart rate reading on your Versa and clean the sensor on the back of the watch.

I hope this can be helpful, give these steps a try and keep us posted in case you need anything else.
