Text notifications

Still not getting text notification on my versa from my I phone.  Tried everything  and no luck.  😢. Fitbit not helping me

at all.

I'm sorry to see that you've been having trouble to receive your text notifications. 

Before considering other options, make sure to check if the phone you're using is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app: Which devices are compatible with the fitbit app?

In addition, please check all the necessary requirements and if you already tried all the steps listed here  to resolve problems with notifications: Why are notifications delayed or missing?

I haven't had notifications for over a month. I am an android user and since the update Fitbit haven't bothered to provide an update or a patch to fix. Rubbish customer service and support. I have a versa and using it on Huawei p30

I have done EVERYTHING suggested to receive text messages on my versa via my iPhone. I have even done a reset of the versa. Please help I beyond frustrated

They can’t help me either

 

been chasing them for 4 months on this issue & just get told they’re working on it... at snails pace maybe?

didnt think you could be so slow & useless to fix something but clearly they are winning big time on failure.
