Tired of resetting time on my versa 2. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Fitbit, we're through.

Hi there, @Ozzie4734. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.
Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? or if you need to relink your watch, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Also, note that the time on your Fitbit device may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Fitbit device is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
If none of the above works for your, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.

So all that is understandably the issue, it is not the current issue. I heard there's just an update? There must be some issue with it. It used to be that if I left my phone disconnected for too long then the time would start to be off by a couple minutes. As in a couple weeks without connecting. I don't leave my Bluetooth connected all the time it drains the battery too much. Now if it's been an hour since I last connected then it's losing time. As much as 10 minutes. In less than a day. And then there's a problem with the fact that it won't connect. At least not reliably. And from what I'm reading online this is a common problem everyone is having right now. Is Fitbit working on fixing this?

Hi @Bit9 - if your watch is losing that much time there is a problem with it.
You can try changing clock face but it is unlikely to resolve it, you can try restarting it but also it may not help.
Try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, they may take you through a factory reset and complete install, thought it too may not resolve it and there are some risks that the watch won't work after.
If the watch is under warranty best to get it replaced.
