What is the point of FitBit allowing access for third party apps if they don't allow them to fully count in challenges? You are still getting your steps calculated correctly so why not transfer those steps on your dashboard to the actual challenge?

Hi @jeweldmbfan , could you be more specific about which app you're referring to? regards kuzibri

Hi!

It's the LFConnect app - while on the treadmill, elliptical or even scanning the weight machines - my arms are swinging and I'm taking each of those steps and making those movements. So at the end of the workout the treadmill says I ran 5 miles - it syncs and gives me the proper amount but when you go to the challenge i barely get 7500. Why does it take away for work you actually did?

Hi @jeweldmbfan , searched for your app in the Fitbit app gallery, but it seems not to be supported by Fitbit itself. Regards kuzibri

Hello @jeweldmbfan

Life Fitness Connect is definitely an application that can be linked to Fitbit.

As the connection is a server level I suggest you to post your comments in this section rather than on Versa subforum.

However I think the issue is more on Life Fitness app that is probably not implementing such function. Bad news is that it appears Life Fitness has retired such application so I'm not sure what will happen in the future
