Try the following:
Go to Fitbit.com Dashboard and click on the Gear Icon at the upper right and then Settings. Scroll down to Time Zone and set it to something different. Scroll on down and click on Submit and sync your tracker.
Now go back through the same steps and set it to the correct Time Zone. If it is still wrong, do a RESTART and do it several times if necessary.

I am having a similar problem with the Plaid clock face, it's off 8 hours, have tried resetting time zones & rebooting no joy... other clock faces show correct time... can you help?

This worked for me as the timezone in the dashboard was wrong. I wonder how it got set that way as it is different from both my phone and PC. Also why did it change overnight after working fine for weeks.
Best AnswerThe time is off on my versa about 2 minutes. Not to mention, the ongoing issue of not syncing. It is so annoying to have to reset the versa 3-4 X day and placing the versa on top of my router. This has been going on for over 8 was now. When is this syncing issue going to be fixed?
Hello All,
I have had the some problem as many other people regarding the time issue.
Open the Fitbit app. It should start on the stats page click on the right top corner. It should take you to the account page.
Scroll all the way down to settings
Chose advance settings,
Then turn on automatic time zone (it is the first option). This uses you mobile phone clock time.
I found this to fix the problem within a minute assuming your phone is able to talk to your fitbit Versa.
Good luck all. I hope this helps.
Regards,
John.
my versa is 25 minutes off.

Best AnswerAfter 2 hours with tech support, they concluded it was an unfix-able problem and sent me a new one.
Best AnswerMethod worked for me. I travel across time zones regularly, and had my automatic time zone setting turned off.
Best AnswerMine is an hour off. & yes I've restarted it two or three times now and synced it every time. It still is an hour off.
I don't even know why it won't do tho. & yes everyone I it set to the same time zone since I've had fitbit.
