My screen display isn’t working, it’s like a dark blue so I know it’s lighting up, just nothing is able to be seen. It also buzzed with notifications but I can’t read them. I’ve trued restarting, recharging-everything and it just isn’t working. When I first restart, I can see the little start logo but it’s all streaky and not really visible as it should be. Don’t know what happened to it considering it’s been on my wrist for the past three days

@Em170130 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its display is not working properly even though you have restarted it before contacting our forums.
Please try changing the the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. After this, plug the Versa in the charger for 2-3 hours and see if the display works properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome! ![]()

Best AnswerThe same is happening to mine. Have they provided a solution yet? It’s working as usual but the screen is completely blank. I’ve tried resetting it, letting the battery run down then recharging. Still nothing!
