Hi, had my versa 4 days. Struggled syncing at first, then finally sorted that.
Battery ran flat whilst out so charged once home, now time is wrong!
I’ve synced it, changed time zone, synced that( despite didn’t work) then set to auto again and synced...nothing works...help!
Im seriously not impressed with versa.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary to see if that straightens things out for you.

- Hi, tried it several times and changed time zones too.
Sadly its not doing it, I’ve had had 2 other fitbits, l Ioved them but this one is not work g out for me so far.
Plus it now won’t connect to WiFi, just bluetooth.

Next thing to try would be a be a Factory Reset. Swipe left to Settings and then About and then Factory Reset. That starts everything over from the beginning.

how did they sort it out for you? I'm having exactly the same problem. Been trying to fixed this for a day with every methods they recommend, still cant get it right

Hi, I actually messaged them on Twitter!
Had to give my details etc but sorted it within a day,
It struggles to sync with my iPad, despite being under 2 years old and up to date with iOS, syncs fine with iPhone.
So any clock changes etc etc I do through my iPhone.
They never said what they did but it works still.

Thanks a lot for the info. I finally decided to factory reset and went through all set up steps and it works. For anyone trying to fix this issue, you may factory reset it. I succeeded after a whole day and more than an hour of live chat with fitbit which didn't help.
