It  takes date and time from phone, or other sync device, each time it syncs.  Other than time zone issues if off by exact number of hours, that is the only way to set time.

Time is wrong.  I have restarted it.  No change.

Hello, I live in Australia and have travelled to Norway for a holiday, but I can’t seem to adjust my Fitbit to the right Timezone. I have tried to change it onto advanced settings>Timezone and Location but every time I change either one (and after countless syncing) , they automatically change back to Australian time and location. I have also checked Fitbit in settings and turned location settings on and off as well as  updating to the newest version- but no luck. Any advice?  PS- my iPod is the correct time but isn’t matching the synced Fitbit time.

@SunsetRunner  Sometimes it helps to change time zone to something wrong, sync, change to correct zone and sync again.
