Timer reseting and unablento sync for 2 days

Twice today my versa has just stopped a timer before its ended with a quick little vibrate and then it's back to it's starting time.  No, 3 times today.  And my versa is acting very slow and checking the app on my phie it hasn't sync since Sunday (today is tuesday).  What do I do here?

@Aniabas Try rebooting your phone and Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes). Btw, what's your phone model and OS?

I'm sort of tech challenged lol.  But resetting the Versa has really helped!  I haven't seen it respond so quick to everything since it was new!  I didnt know how to reset it, now I think it's going to be fine.  Started a timer and its smooth sailing so far!  Thanks for the help marrrmaduke!

@Aniabas great! You need to reboot Versa from time to time. The same applies to your phone or Windows computer. Lol.
