Is anyone else having an issue with the versa lite's touchscreen not working? I have went through the trouble shoot numerous times and ever time it starts to work and then within 30 mins it stops again. I have disconnected it from my app and re connected it, and now, done a factory reset and it is not updating for the 3rd time!! I'm close to just throwing the thing out and I only got it for Christmas. Surely something that costs OVER £100 should last longer than 4 months?!?!?!?!?!
My 'update' failed and since then I have had to start it again because the watch will not let me do anything until the update is complete. I've noticed posts about this update dated last year, why are there still issues with it Fitbit??????

I have a Versa but the same thing. A Versa watch. I got it 12/3/19 and it slowly quit working! Now it doesn't work at all! 4 1/2 months ago!

VersaLite: Sat my battery died, I did not notice til Sunday. Charged it and now my screen does not work. It continues to track. I can see the info on my laptop/phone, but the screen is black. I received this as a gift last year on Mother's day. I loaded a different clock - but it did not help. App says it update, but screen is still black. My version is 38.70.7.14
Please Help.

It's working again! I don't know if this has anything to do with it. Our wifi has had problems due to overload in the area. Sometimes our TV service is bad as well. But this afternoon, I tried my watch and everything is working perfect again. I don't know why? In a few hours it won't be working again.
