Displayed time only. Tried to reset to factory settings now only displays a cross and the words Data not cleared sync and try again . won't sync. Advise please.

Do a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Hi, which Clock Face are you using? One from Fitbit itself or a Third Party One. Some of these are known to be incompatible with the new Firmware Version. Would you be so kind to send me the name of your currently used Clock Face?

Don't know the name of the clock but it's been working for about a month. I
tried altering the clock but it won't work. I have tried restarting the
watch but it will not sync to my phone.
