Touchscreen and Spotify not working on my Versa

I have only have the versa maybe 5 hours and it hasn't worked since the beginning. First the touch screen will not always responded to a touch and if it does respond I have to touch it a bunch or very hard. I have read this is a big issue and have restarted the Watch and factory reset and nothing. Pleas help

 

Also I am trying to use spotify on my phone and control the music from the watch. That has bit worked once. I will put it in classic Bluetooth mode and connect to my phone and make sure the setting is set to control music from the phone. It says it's connected but nothing ever shows up on the screen even though music is playing. 

 

This is my first experience with fitbit and I can say not a good one. Please help

Hey @Bmoore1118, welcome aboard! Let me ask you this, have you made sure that you haven't turn off the screen on your Versa? Remember that you can turn off the screen when not in use, by briefly covering the watch face with your opposite hand. 

 

Now in regards of the Spotify app, this one isn't available on the Fitbit Versa, however, there is this idea o our Feature Suggestions board that I'd like you to review it and leave your vote and comments. So the more it has, the bigger the chances to be taken into consideration by our team it'll have.
