Tracking Activities

For the past few weeks, my Fitbit Versa is not tracking every day my activities.  I have reset it and reset it and it will work for a day or two then it stops.  I even set it for 5 min activity tracking and it won't track that.  What can I do for it to track again.

Hi @M.Williams Try a factory reset - settings app on the watch and scroll down to About. You will have to set it up again afterwards. I hope that fixes it.

What is crazy, that later on yesterday it showed that I did 10 minutes of activity, then I looked again it said 8 minutes, then I looked again and it said 0.  I did do a shutdown then back up again.  And it shows the active minutes today. So who knows.  Next time I will do a factory reset. Thank you for your help.
