@Whizbang101 Did you sync your Versa after enabling biking as an autotracked activity? When was the last sync (you can check that info in your fitbit mobile app). Also, try rebooting your tracker several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes.

Yes, I have seen that problem too. Done some short bike ride greater than 10 minutes, without activating the Biking Exercise on the watch, and nothing was tracked automatically. That used to work fine before.
Best Answer@Tomtomato By before you mean before firmware 3.0? @Whizbang101, are you on 3.0 as well?

Best Answer@Whizbang101Firmware 3.0 is 32.33.1.30. Is that what you have? Or are you on 2.2 (32.32.12.19)? If you updated lately via Fitbit mobile app you should be on 3.0. Make sure your Fitbit mobile app is up to date as well.

Best Answer@Whizbang101 I am assuming you have already tried rebooting your tracker several times (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo flashes)? Try turning off autorecognition for biking, then syncing with Versa, rebooting Versa, turning back the autorecognition, and syncing again. If this does not help, I would try a factory reset (restoring your tracker to factory defaults) as an option of last resort. This will wipe your Versa, so please sync first. You will also need to delete your tracker from the Fitbit account (in the Fitbit mobile app) and your Paired Devices list in your phone Bluetooth settings. You can perform factory reset by going to Settings on your Versa, scrolling down to About and tapping Factory Reset. Once Versa resets to factory defaults (displays setup screen), you will need to set it up again by adding it as a new device in the Fitbit mobile app. Don't forget putting the Versa in the charging dock during that process. Good luck!
