First thing battery doesnt last.  on day 2 and its down to 67%. Did all the trouble shooting. 

 

I am also having problems when on bike ride doesnt track the right distance. Charge 2 never had these issues. Its frustrating. Also i didnt realize i needed a computer to sync music when i bought it.

My battery level drops 10-15% daily, so yours is functioning correctly.  

 

I didn't either know that I needed a computer for music. I'm holding off on putting music on mine for now.
