I have upgraded from alta hr to versa. The problem is when I go to check my heart rate readings there are several breaks where it has not detected anything. I never had this with the alta. I have tried to reposition, swap wrists. The only way it stays on is if I wear it on the inside of my wrist. Is thus a normal thing? Thanks

Have a look here to see if you have it positioned properly. 

Also, maybe try a restart on pg.68.
