Hi @Shinelly31 Fitbit has never done a buy back or a trade in and I don't imagine they will. They often give a generous discount and frequently have sales. Just because a new style of Fitbit is available doesn't mean you have to buy it. I had my Samsung Galaxy 4 phone for a long time, then got the Galaxy 8 and now the Galaxy 10 is out there. I'm not buying the newest one because my current one works well. Seems it's the same with Fitbit, if you're happy with it and it's working, unless you want to go with something newer, why do it?

When I got my Samsung 8, the next month, the newest one came out. It happens. What new things did you have to get?

The main part apparently its suppose to last 4 days without charging. Mine will last a day 1 and half tops . I have to constantly keep charging it.

@Shinelly31 Fitbit sent you a replacement? Be sure you've gotten the latest firmware for the device and the app for your phone.

She didn't ask for a lecture. She asked if there was a trade-in program. That's all. Not whether you agree or disagree.

I agree 100%. I bet they'd make a profit buying back used Fitbits and then selling them as refurbished. I'd also suggest that those "turning them in" get some kind of discount on the next Fitbit they purchase as an incentive to buy new. Dare I say just like Apple.

Hi @jjeh4 that wasn't a lecture. This thread is over a year old and there is still no buy back or trade in program. You happy with your Fitbit?
