I have read most of the music to Fitbit Versa from mac articles but none of them have been a success for me.

I have set up my Versa on my iPhone and it has paired up with the App. All I need to do now is transfer my music from my mac.

I downloaded the Fitbit Connect application on my mac but there has been a problem.

I signed into my account and clicked on the "Manage My Music Button."

Then I got this message: "Sorry, this feature is only available when you have a watch paired to your Fitbit account. To pair, please use the Fitbit mobile app."

BUT, it is paired to my account. I can't get past this and followed Part 1 and Part 2 several times over. What am i missing?

When you log into Fitbit connect on the Mac, do you see that your Versa is connected @suejazz?

As re you sure that your logging into the correct Fitbit account?

Hi Rich,

Yes, my fitbit shows up and is connected to suejazz and it syncs all the time. It shows up on Dashboard and is connected to same email and to same internet. But still when I get to the screen to manage my music it continues to say there is no device paired with my account and it tells me to set it up on my mobile device. So frustrating because it is paired on my mobile device. Any other ideas?

You mention Fitbit connect @suejazz, this is an app separate from your web browser and requires a separate login.

Ie you can be logged into fitbit.com with the proper email, and logged into Fitbit connect with the wrong email.

I haven't used connect in years, but I suggest logging out and logging back in.

If the tracker shows up on the phone and on the web, it should show up in Fitbit connect.
