Does Versa have trouble connecting to a AT&T U-verse WPS WiFi?  During setup it indicates connecting on my Android but it never competes the connection or pairs up.  Any work arounds or do I have to set it up via my desktop PC?

It is likely not the source but your router. Fitbit only conncect to 2.4Ghz. Suggest you check your router to see if it is 2.4 Ghz, 5Ghz or dual band. If it is only 5Ghz then the unit will not connect.

Thanks. The device finally connected after trying different approaches not found in the instruction manual whose 80 plus pages I had to download. Obviously, instructions are still being written by IT guys for other IT guys while hiding in dark rooms with only the light of PCs shining through. Years and years in the System Administration and IT business with only a liberal arts degree in my academic background; I was empathetic to the plight of the users which my technician employees found strange to say the least. I required them to provide instructions from the standpoint of the user which they found onerous based on the fact that most of them could not put a full sentence together grammatically correct or basic enough for a non-IT individual to use. While technical writers now-a-days are a dime a dozen, the majority of them continue to ignore the need of users. Rare is the individual technician or engineer who understands what users require when it comes to instruction manuals or downloadable APs pretending to be setup instructions.

Whew! I'm glad I got that off my chest after an inordinate amount of time trying to get this small but expensive piece of hardware to work somewhat effectively. Now to try to figure out all the utilities it offers which I got along well without them for all these years. Yes, the Fitbit was a gift which I have to try to use for appeasement sakes and for peace all around me.
