Does anyone have any idea where I can get the face of my 4 day old Versa repaired? Dropped lightly and it cracked really bad.

@Cissy2 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Not sure if any third party company offers this service but you could either get in contact with the retailer you purchased the Versa from or let our Support team know about the issue. Note that damage caused by external factors isn't covered by the warranty but they may have options for you. You will get an email from them.

How can a third party repair when they don’t have the faces needed to repair. The manufacturers would probably have to release and ok wouldn’t they?
I’m hearing others sing y’all praises for replacements and repairs but this new device that only need a face repair... sounds like the plan from the start was well make as much as we can bcs they’ll get attached and buy a entirely new device when all that’s wrong on this expensive thing is the face.

@Cissy2 I mentioned third party companies in case you had the idea that this was a possibility. There aren't any repair centers from Fitbit but Support usually provide replacements depending on the issue and warranty status. Still you should have received an email from them so I wanted to know what did they tell you?

Sometimes, if you used a credit card for purchase, they have a warrenty
