Trying to set up Versa

Hi!  I have a Samsung Galaxy S10+.  I have recently taken over my son's Fitbit Versa.  I have used the factory reset function on it, but am now completely unable to pair it with my phone.

 

I've read other articles on this site regarding support of the S10, but none of them seem to have this particular problem -- it isn't recognized at all.  The watch displays a screen instructing me to install the app in different languages.  The phone does not seem to recognize the watch regardless of whether I scan in the Fitbit app, using the Bluetooth Settings app or the SmartThings App.

 

Any suggestions?

I do not see it on the list of supported devices. So that could be your problem. It takes time to test all the new phones. I am sure it will be there at some point though
