Turn off an unresponsive Versa 2

My old versa 2 was replaced recently because it became unresponsive and wouldn’t swipe. Now that I have the new one, the old one is still buzzing when my alarm goes off and since I can’t swipe, I can’t turn off the alarm, turn off the Versa 2, or do a factory reset. Any suggestions for what I can do until I can recycle it?

Hi @amelgarejo  when you set up the new Versa 2, you should have deleted the old one from your account. Did you?

It got deleted from my Fitbit app but the actual Versa device is still on.

You shouldn't have two of the same device on your phone. All you can do is wait for the battery to die on the old device. You might have someone stop by with other advice, too.
