I really like my Versa, but I've got two problems with it I haven't been able to solve.
First of all, my work forces me to change my email password every 90 days. Since I changed my password for the email, I can't access my email OR my texts. I can't find how to change the password for the email account. 😞
Also for some reason, I can't move the apps around. I tried to move them with the "tap and hold/slide" method" but that doesn't work for me.
Any ideas on how to resolve these issues?

Welcome to the forums!
For the email on the computer Dashboard click on the gear and go to settings. Its at the top of the page.
You might want to open a free email account like Gmail, Yahoo or any one that does not require you to change the password unless you want to.
For the other
Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

------------------------------------------------------I've gone to the Dashboard/gear/settings, but the link I found to change my password changes the Fitbit password, not my email password. 😕 How can I change the password for the email and text messages so that I can see them on my phone again?
I have other email accounts, like gmail, but I would greatly prefer that my Fitbit info come to my primary email account. Sometimes I don't check the other accounts every day due to time constraints.
I will try the restarts tonight, when I have more time. I'm curious though, why is it necessary to restart at least 3 times?
