Two versa 3s do not pair

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Had an Ionic that worked well. It was recalled.

Versa 3 (#1) replacement worked well for a couple of weeks. Received a replacement.

Versa 3 (#2) .Would not pair. Stuck at 0%. Talked to Fibit rep for an hour going over procedures. Could not fix it so got another replacement.

Versa 3 (#3) Same result as #2. Possible problems - #1 Cellphone reports Versa 3 battery empty but the Versa 3 shows 100%.  #2 - Troubleshooting hint said check Firewalls. Don't know how to do that.

Somebody please help.

I miss the ability to download my music to Fitbit. It looks like no smartwatches have that capability.

Hi @Intruder145  - Fitbit are dropping music support. Most other brands have it though.

The disparity of battery between the app and the watch is because the watch is not syncing, the app is showing an historic value, check when it last synced (click profile photo, device photo and at the top).

On your phone remove any Fitbit Bluetooth entries.

In the Fitbit App, click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace.

Thanks for the info on the battery.

I did not know the difference between Syncing and pairing. It now makes sense that pairing makes the hookup ands pairing passes the information. Before, I couldn’t understand why I could have a connection but not get info passed.

Funny how just repeating the same process over and over resulted in sync.

It is fixed. I just kept doing the same process over and over., without following any of the suggestions. When I reached sync, instead of stalling at 0% it went to 100%. Appreciate the replies.
