Got new s22 plus phone. Can't get it to send txt and calls to my versa 2 it syncs exercise info to phone but no more txt or calls.

Hello @LilLucy 

 

I hope I’m able to help. First make sure your Do Not Disturb or Sleep Mode is enabled. You will not receive any notifications if they are enabled. 

Let’s recheck your settings: 

 

  • Ensure the Fitbit app runs in the background by going to Apps & Notifications > Fitbit app and turning off Background restrictions or Background limits.
  • Check that the Fitbit app is installed on your phone’s internal storage, not on an external SD card or other storage. The Fitbit app does not consistently work when installed on an SD card.
  • Turn off battery optimization and limitations.
    1. Go to Apps > Fitbit app > Advanced > Battery > Battery optimization.
    2. Change the view to All apps.
    3. Search for the Fitbit app and choose Don’t optimize (or not optimized.) Also check: Settings > Apps & notifications > Notifications > Notifications on lock screen and set to Show conversations.

Next let’s check a few more items. Open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Versa 2. Now scroll down and tap notifications. Look here to ensure your calls and text messages are enabled. While on the same page tap App notifications and ensure your apps are enabled as well. Please remember to sync your Versa 2 afterwards to accept any changes you may have made.
