Unable to Install Fitbit Labs Pet

Hello, I just upgraded from a Charge 2 to a Fitbit Versa for the sole purpose of wearing a puppy (Timmy in particular) on my wrist! When both my fully charged phone and watch are near my router and I attempt to download the Fitlab pet clock face (I have tried all four at this point) I get an “unable to install try again later” prompt on my phone screen. 

Just to make sure, I tried to download another fitlab app (the treasure hunt pirate one) and it downloaded the first time just fine!

what am I doing wrong? Can someone please help me get the puppy clock face!?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Can you please provide me with a screenshot of the error you are seeing? In the meantime, I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated.

I appreciate the attachment. In this case, I suggest trying to install this again at a later time as the error message suggests. Usually, issues with the app gallery or any app related issue is due to internet and Bluetooth connection.

Hello to everyone that replied and everyone else that may have the same issue in the future: 

I figured it out! My fitbit watch’s MAC address had to be added on my account page for my internet provider. Once I chose to “add new device” to my bundle, I was prompted to put in the MAC address which was easy to find under the settings on the versa watch. 

I took an extra measure to make sure that the wifi name (I usually have three options to connect to) that I chose matched for both my watch and my phone at the time that I was setting it up to download. Voila!

How do you add a wi-fi address to your account? I'm having issues downloading the Timmy clockface as well.
