My friend gave me a Fitbit Versa cause the screen frozen said good luck fixing it. He only bought it couple months ago but he throw away the box and everything all I have is the Fitbit Versa and charge. I’m trying to see is their anyway I can unfreeze the screen I try to reset and it’s still frozen. It’s charge to 100 percent and everything. Just stays frozen. Is their anyway to get this look at it. To get it working and functional

Trying the restart was a good idea as it can fix all sorts of problems. Can I just check that what you did was to hold the left and right-bottom buttons for around 10 seconds or so. If it works you should see the fitbit logo.

If that isn't working then I did come across the following instructions for a factory reset. I've never tried them but I guess you have nothing to lose:

"On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This triggers the 2-button hardware reboot after about eight seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, then continue holding the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.
- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.
- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time, or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset."

If the screen is not displaying the logo you may have to guess at that bit.
