Has anyone recently found a solution to issues replying to text messages? Customer support was unable to solve the issue. I can receive text message notifications on my Samsung Galaxy s9 on both the default messenger app and also Textra. However, I cannot open or reply without the message disappearing. I've never seen the option to reply. I also can not use Voice Response.
We walked through turning on/off all notifications, the devices, resets,etc. I find it hard to believe that the Fitbit OS is not compatible with Samsung app and only with What's APP or FB messenger.
I have not tried with FB messenger, as I do not want to use that as my default texting app on my phone.
