Unable to Update on Versa 2

Hello,

 

I got my Versa 2 a couple of days ago, and one of the features I was most excited for was Smart Wake. However, it is not available for me no matter what I do.

I searched and saw that I needed to update my fitbit, as it is currently a version 35.68.15. However, when I try to update my watch, there is no notification, button, or any sort of place I can go to start the update. I have checked under my device on both my phone and computer, and no alert for an update was there.

I was really looking forward to the Smart Wake feature. Does anybody know what to do?

Fixed it myself:

Versa 2 disconnect and removed from FitbitApp.

Factoryreset on Versa 2

Reconnect as if it is a new one

Update started again (previousely it also updated, but not to the actuel version)

and now it works with new firmware on the versa 2 with intelligent wackeup .....
