Unable to change clock face

The phone app says it can't connect to the watch to update the watch face, however notifications are working fine, so there must be some connection that is working.   I don't have wifi connected because Versa isn't supporting WPA2 networks.   Any thoughts would be appreciated

A Wi-Fi connection is necessary to download Clock Faces and Apps. WPA2 IS supported, see Page 12 of the User Manual.
