I inadvertently let the battery run down on my Versa. After it charged up, it had reset itself to the default clock face (which I don't happen to like) and now nothing I can do will get it back to the "Funky" face that I prefer.
I have reset the Versa several times. I have tried to sync it with both my phone and my computer. Nothing works. It says it was last synced in November.
I've had sync problems before and have posted about it. The Versa finally decided to work and to sync and it's been fine up till now.
Now what?

Hello @marteb68, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment, my best recommendation is to set up your Versa as a new device, this will reset the connection between the watch and your phone. Note that none of the information already stored in your account will be deleted.
To set up your Versa as a new device:
After that, try to change the clock-face on your Versa.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.
