I'm from Chennai, India. My Fitbit Versa isn't getting charged.
It shows 0% when I switch it on and even after plugging in the charger, it shows the same and it is not getting charged. I want to know if there are any trusted service centers in Chennai so as to fix this problem. If there aren't any service centers, I request someone to guide me through what I have to do next.

Regarding your question, I'm afraid that we don't have repair centers.
In order to fix this issue, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
