Unable to connect Versa with Deezer

Hi. My Fitbit Versa won’t connect to Deezer. I followed the instructions and went online. Entered my activation code and got a 15 day free trial. But when I try connect it still shows up the activation code and asks me to go to the website. However I have done this 🤷🏼‍:female_sign:

Hello @Lw123, it's nice to see you around, thanks for sharing your questions with us! Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have let me know you've already activated your free trial. If you have already created playlists online through the Deezer app on your phone or through Deezer's website. Please try the following steps:

  1. If you haven't already done so, make sure your watch can connect to your Wi-Fi network:
    1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon  > your device image.
    2. Tap or click Wi-Fi Settings.
    3. Tap or click Add Network and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your Wi-Fi network. For more information about supported Wi-Fi networks, see How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi?
  2. On your Fitbit watch, open the Deezer app. If you don’t have the Deezer app, download it from the Fitbit App Gallery.
  3. Using a web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer, open https://www.fitbit.com/deezer.
  4. If requested, follow the on-screen instructions to log in to your Fitbit account and choose your device. If you don’t see this step, skip to step 6.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to log in to your Deezer account or create a new account.
  6. In the Fitbit app, tap or click the Account icon > your device image > Media > Deezer.
  7. Tap or click Add Music to see your Flow, featured playlists, and any personal playlists you’ve created on Deezer. If you haven’t favorited or created any playlists, visit the Deezer mobile app or website to do so.
  8. Tap or click playlists to queue them for download.
  9. Plug your watch into the charger. Music downloads automatically when the watch is charging and in range of your Wi-Fi network, or tap the menu icon > Force Sync Now in the Deezer section of the Fitbit app to add the playlists to your watch. Depending on the amount of music being downloaded, this process may take several minutes or more. Check the progress of the download on the watch’s screen or in the Fitbit app (if your phone is within Bluetooth range). You can listen to and download music from Deezer on your phone or computer while waiting for your download to complete.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome!

Same for me.  Log in get code but cannot enter it.

Next: Swimming.  I swim 1/2 mile every other day at a good pace . The fir bit gives be 1000 steps for 45 minutes.  I walk the same time and get 7,000 steps.  Anyone familiar with calories burned during swimming v walking in the same time period know that they are close.  Ialso ride my bicylce 35 miles in 2.1 hours ( do the math to figure out the MPH) I get 3,500 steps.  One peddle on a bike is equal to 3 feet  and I stride is 3 feet,   The math says that 35 miles is 5,280 x 35 or 184,800 divded by 3 = 61,600 pedals.  even if the nergy to pedal is less that to step by 1/2 that still would be 30,000+steps.   3,500 steps is a gross miscalculation.

Yeah - I gave up.
I've decided the Versa just doesn't perform well as a smart watch.
Great for most of the fitness uses (not all), but I'm kind of wishing I'd
sprung a bit more for an apple watch.

Yes, nice watch with music, text mesages  but for activities other than walking it is totally inaccurate. In addition to bike riding and swimming, sleeping comes to mind.  The varience is wide  1 hour to 7 hours although I am am totally asleep for 80% of a normal 7.5 period.    I checked my heart beat measured on the watch and it was below the average for being awake consistently every night.

I am having the same problem. I have everything set up: Wi-Fi, Deezer account. I can even see my play lists! But when I try to force sync it comes back with an error saying it’s not working now. When will this be fixed? I just bought this versa watch. Not happy about the poor customer experience!!

This still leaves me with an activation code on the watch. Is there going to be a fix ???

I was having the same problem.  Activation screen kept coming up even though I had done the activation.  I finally put the Versa 3 in the charge cradle and it immediately started to download the playlist I had selected and after it was done it worked fine.  I am not sure if this is supposed to be part of the process, but its working great for me now.
