I purchased Fitbit Versa from Czech Republic and also it shows Fitbit pay in the back of my watch.
Everytime that I approach contactless card, I got notification from my Versa that I can pay with it.
Though, I am not able to edit wallet from my fitbit application, although the icon is there.
What does mean ?

What country is the bank in that your credit cards are from? To set up the Wallet you need to physically be in the same country where your cards are from AND that country's credit card bank has to participate. Are you currently in the same country where your cards are from (ie not traveling)?

All of them are from Czech Republic, but I cannot edit the wallet icon at all.

When I look at the list of supported banks I don't see any from the Czech Republic. I don't think your banks are currently participating in Fitbit Pay. This is a choice of the particular banks and not because Fitbit Pay decided to exclude them.

So, it does not matter that FItibit tries to pay contactless.
I suppose that when it will be supported in CZ, I will be able to edit my wallet icon 😕
Thank you 🙂

Your Versa does have the NFC chip in it as evidenced by the FitBitPay on the back and that your Versa responds to nearby readers. That's why you get the buzz/notification. However, it can't set up for banks not participating. The fact that you can't even start the process is probably because you've set your location to the Czech Republic and it knows already that there are no participating banks there.

I was thinking the same that it could be the reason.
however, I choose Europe because Czech Republic was not available ... who knows... I hope that I would be able to use it in the short future 🙂
