I have tried all the suggestions in help to get re-connected for notifications. They worked brilliantly with the old phone but now I can't get them. I have turned them off, closed down phone and rebooted. Turned the notifications back on, but nothing. I have re-booted fitbit versa too, but still no joy. Any other suggestions?
Moderator Edit: Clarified Subject.
Best AnswerHi,
I have OP6T also, Fitbit working without problems.
On phone enable bluetooth and gps fully.
Try setup again Fitbit app on the phone.
In Fitbit app check if your Versa is visible. Go in General, notifications, set what you want receive, then tap 3 dots in right upper corner -> send a test call notification. If that works fine, check another notifications.
Good luck
Best AnswerThanks for responding Mark. None of that worked so I uninstalled Fitbit on phone and reinstalled. Bingo, it works! Most bizarre.

Best AnswerI've done all the above but the fix only lasts a few hours then it fails again.
Any advice?
Same Issue. The fix works for a couple of mins on my OnePlus7, and then no other app works too. The connection is always lost. The watch has become mere tracking band now. @MarcoGFitbit could you suggest some solution?
I have Fitbit Versa & One Plus 7T.It gives error as notification services not running but still call notification is working sometimes but no other notification works.
@MarcoGFitbit - any updates on this issue.
It's very disappointing that fitbit is unable to release an update to fix this issue. The notifications work merely for a few minutes and then stop working again. I am using a OnePlus 7 pro Android phone
Best Answer1) Disable the battery optimization for the Fitbit app
2) Lock Fitbit app in multitasking switcher
3) Restart your OnePlus device
Notifications are working flawlessly on my OnePlus 7 Pro for months (on Android 9 and currently on Android 10).
Thank you for the solution.
After having made the suggested changes and used the device for a few days, I can attest that it's working for me as well.
Thank you.
Best AnswerHi, i know this thread was earlier in the year. I have the Oneplus 6T and i've been having connection issues. I either have to restart my Versa Lite or turn my phone off and on everyday and it will still not have a connection. Seems like since this last update with the Versa Lite i have more issues. What do i need to do that i haven't tried. I would like to start back getting notifications consistently. Thanks!!
