I can’t seem to get any notifications on my fit bit. I’ve tried all the things the website suggested.  Turning it off and on, blue tooth on and off resetting it. 

Any help would be great

Hi @Jesshog and welcome to the forums! I appreciate the trouble shooting you have done. Which phone do you have? And the biggest question - is it on the list of supported devices?  Let me know then we’ll see what we can figure out from there.
