Hello @Lindelwa, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for taking the time to report this to us. The next time you get this error while trying to install a clock-face, please force-quit the app, then open it and try to install the clock-face again. If this doesn't work, restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, the try again.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Hello @JorgeBrigante, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have let us know you've already tried the troubleshooting steps described above and you're still getting the same error. At this moment, my best recommendation is to set up your watch as a new device to reset the connection between your phone and your watch. Don't worry, none of the information already stored in your account will be deleted.

To set up your watch as a new device:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  4. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
  5. When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

I've tried both the above methods and I'm still getting the same errors. I've also tried switching to other clock faces to see if that will change it, but with no luck.

Any luck fixing this?! I am having the same issue and have tried every suggestion with no luck!

You have to delink your Fitbit from your app. Then do a full factory reset
on your Fitbit and relink to it to you app. You'll have to redo all the
customization you've done on your Fitbit, so it's a bit of a pain
