Hello @Ddhaka, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I understand you're having trouble receiving Notifications from some email apps, I'll be happy to assist you with this situation. Please note that in order for your Versa to receive Notifications from apps, you should receive a push notifications on your phone first. Once you've received the push notification, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on Account
  2. Tap on Versa > Notifications > App Notifications.
  3. Scroll through the apps and you will be able to see the apps that have sent push notifications to your phone.
  4. Select the one you want (in this case Outlook and Yahoo) and tap on it to enable them.
  5. If you're not able to see them in the list, pull down the screen with your finger to update the list.
  6. You will now be able to receive Notifications from these apps in your Versa

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

I've followed all of those steps @MarcoGFitbit, as well as some troubleshooting tips (such as restarting my phone), and I still cannot get Outlook notifications on my Verse.

Note: this is an issue regardless of whether Outlook is set as my primary email account or not.

At the bottom of the supported app notifications list, it says "Apps will be added to the list after they send notifications to your phone."

Have you recently received an Outlook email notification to your phone?  If not, that's why it's not showing up in the list.  If so, I'd be willing to bet Outlook isn't a supported app for notifications.
