Unable to register Versa

After unpairing the Versa device from the Huawei P10 lite phone, I am unable to register now. Have tried following options:

1- Restarted the Versa

2- Restarted the phone

3- Restarted the Phone Bluetooth 

4- Uninstall  / Install the Fitbit app

 

During the setup, it fails to connect after finding the device.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Keep in mind that in order to have a successful connection between your Fitbit and phone, it needs to be a compatible mobile device.

 

When a phone isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your watch but you might experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions provide in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.

1st of all my phone is not in support device list, I use Huawei P20 lite mobile. 

I followed the link  Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?, I found setting on phone is as per the doc.

 

I read some  blog of doing factory reset , will that help? if yes, do you have any link how to do factory reset in Versa.

I have applied latest P20 update from Huawei & after that device registered successfully.
