I have had my Versa for about a month and it had been great. Yesterday it would not sync. I deleted my app and reinstalled it and still would not worked. Turned off Bluetooth did not work. I ended up resetting the Versa to factory settings. It took a few attempts but I managed to get it paired to my iPhone again. Now every time I try and set up the notifications it says the phone needs to be paired. I checked my iPhone they are connected. I have looked to see if they are synced on the app and it says it’s looking for it although it was connected before I tried to set up the notifications. I have done all again apart from reset the Fitbit. Any advise would be great but I think it’s broken 😩. I have done all troubleshooting somdoibg it again won’t help. It’s recording my steps and does sync them to the app just won’t set up notifications

Hello @Stephxxxxxx, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for having shared your experience with us. I would like to thank you for providing details about this situation and the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
Now, if the Fitbit app is saying your Versa needs to pair but when you tap on "Pair" you get a message that the operation can't be performed, please try the following:
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
