We have a new Versa and are having a problem setting it up. We have a Nook that has the gmail account on it and a phone that also has the email account on it. When we use the phone to try to install the Fitbit app. it loads it on the Nook, not the phone even though we're using the phone to install. If we turn the Nook off the application still try's to load it on the Nook, not the phone. Any ideas?

Hello @scsgolfer, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, which model of phone are you using to download the Fitbit app? Is it an Android phone? If so, please make sure is under the list of supported devices. Then when you try to download the Fitbit app from the Play Store, make sure the target device is your phone. Download the app and set up your Versa.
I hope this can be helpful, if you're still having trouble downloading the app, please reply to us with a screenshot of what you're able to see when trying to download the app.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.
